Yes, a 20% deposit secures your date. The balance is due before the day.

Cancel more than 60 days before the date and you are refunded in full, less the deposit. Within 60 days of the date, the booking is non-refundable. The one exception is bad weather affecting the outdoor games or mini golf, which is covered separately under the weather question.

Summer Saturdays go first, often a year out. As soon as you have a date and venue, get in touch and we will tell you straight away if we are free.

Frozen cocktails are the draw, alongside beer, wine and soft drinks so every guest is covered. Alcohol-free versions of the frozen cocktails are always on hand.

Three ways, and we will talk through which suits your day. Dry bar: your guests buy their own, with a £1,000 minimum spend across the day. Per head: you prepay for your guests, around £18 a head for two drinks each. Open bar: you put a sum behind the bar, or settle up at the end, and your guests just enjoy them.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, and we can send the paperwork your venue needs.

We bring a compact indoor bar instead. It pours the frozen cocktails, rather than the full bar, and fits an upstairs room, a courtyard or a marquee. Tell us the venue and we will confirm.

Our horsebox is 14′1″ long and 6′11″ wide, so we recommend a clear, level space of at least 20′ by 12′ for setup and serving access.

Yes. We will need access to a standard power supply, or for an additional fee we can bring our own generator.

Five hours of service as standard, with extra hours arranged around your day. We arrive early to set up and stay to pack everything down, so you do not lift a finger.

Happily. We will liaise with your planner or venue coordinator on timings, access and setup, so it is one less thing on your list.

We plan for British weather. The bar works under cover or fully indoors, and we will agree a wet-weather plan beforehand so nothing is left to chance.

British weather being what it is, this one is worth planning for. The mini golf and most of our garden games are happy in light rain, and it is often more fun to just embrace it. For anything heavier, we would strongly recommend a plan B to set up under cover or indoors. If there is genuinely no backup and the forecast turns against you, you can cancel the games or golf up until the night before for a 50% refund. Cancelling on the day itself is not refundable.

Hampshire and the New Forest, and just over the border into Dorset, Wiltshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex. Roughly an hour from Southampton, and further for the right day.

Travel is included within 25 miles of Southampton. Beyond that we add 50p per mile to cover the round trip, and we will always show the exact figure in your quote so there are no surprises.
